Comments: 
Home has seen a storm or two, foundation issues are visible from outside and inside, this home is not on pilings but sits raised on block. I could not see under the foundation to figure out why it is leaning. 
In my opinion the house would need to be knocked down and replaced. There is no guarantee that it will be able to be lifted and repaired. Between the complete rehab and having to put the house on pilings it would be better to just rebuild a newer home
