Membership Dues Schedule

Associate 1 - Subcontractors with annual gross under $250,000 - $580.00
Subcontractors with annual gross under $250,000

Associates 2 - Subcontractors with annual gross over $250,000 - $640.00
Subcontractors with annual gross over $250,000, Architects, Attorneys at Law, Engineers, Land Planner, Realtors, Insurance Companies

Associate 3 - Suppliers, Manufacturers, Mortgage - $680.00
Material Supply Houses, Manufacturers, Mortgage Companies, Title Companies

Associate 4 - Financial Institutions, Newspapers, Utilities - $745.00

Builder - $560.00
Individuals, firms or corporations whose principal business is the construction of residential or commercial and industrial buildings. Basic dues are $550 per year. See the Fee Schedule for other dues that support our regulatory and legislative programs that may apply.

Remodeler - $625.00
Individuals, firms or corporations whose principal business is the remodeling of residential or commercial buildings.

Developer - $745.00
Individuals, firms or corporations whose principal business is land development and the sale of improved and unimproved lots.

Mixed-Use/Senior Living Builder - $825.00
Individuals, firms or corporations whose principal business is in the construction of multi-family housing, retail, office space or in senior living which includes independent, assisted and memory care.
