NAHB International Builders’ Show Registration Opens for Final Time in Orlando
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) officially opened online registration and housing today for the 2026 NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS), the largest annual light construction trade show in the world. The show will return to Orlando, Fla., for the final time before permanently moving to Las Vegas for all future shows. Don't Get Burned - Fire Code Update for Mulch Requirement Is In Effect
A reminder that the Department of Community Affairs has adopted changes to the Uniform Fire Code regarding the use of mulch around combustible building materials. The regulations, effective April 15, 2025, require that a minimum of 18 inches of space separate mulch beds from combustible building materials.
