Have you performed any community service or charitable efforts within the last year?

Yes, We were recently fortunate to have an opportunity to give back to our community, updating the baseball and softball fields for Harrison Township Little League with a new state of the art PA system.  This new system includes wired and wireless microphones, Bluetooth audio, Crown CDI amplifiers, and state of the art Yamaha speakers which deliver enough power for the whole township to hear.

What do you see are the most important issues in the building industry today?

The short answer:  The overall industry's readiness to keep up with homeowners' demands for current home technologies.

The long answer:  We view the building industry through a technology lens, particularly how we can seamlessly enhance someone's home or business, making life easier and more enjoyable.  Advancements have come in lighting, shading, HVAC, audio, video, networking, connectivity, and security.  The technology industry is constantly changing, we are finding that more and more homeowners wish they were more informed about some of the offerings that existed before they started building their home.  Many of these options can actually reduce the cost of wiring and fixtures during the homebuilding phase and properly prepare the customers for future advancements in technology.  We are always looking for innovative ways to reach builders and arm them with the tools necessary to make their homes more customized to the end customers' needs.  Research shows that builders and remodelers who incorporate technology early in the design and sales process will put them ahead competitively in the upscale home market and aid them in the overall profitability of a project.
