We are supporting our local Little League (Upper Moreland).
 
What do you see are the most important issues in the building industry today? 

I’d say the biggest issues in the building industry right now are speed, people, and predictability—and none of them ever seem to show up at the same time. You’ve got jobs that need to move fast, a labor pool that’s stretched thin, and material pricing and availability that can keep you on your toes.

Contractor’s today aren’t just building homes—they’re juggling schedules, managing crews, dealing with homeowners, and trying to stay ahead of the next delay. The guys who are winning are the ones who can stay efficient, keep jobs moving, and partner with suppliers who make their life easier instead of harder.

That’s really where I see the opportunity—helping simplify the process, tighten up timelines, and take a few headaches off the contractor’s plate.
