J.S. Hovnanian & Sons held a groundbreaking ceremony for their new community at the site of the former Little Pond Golf Center in Clementon on January 15, 2025.

The community of 81 townhomes will range from 1800-1900 sq. ft. and feature 3 bedrooms / 2 ½ baths with decks included.  Priced at the market rate.
