Presented by the Sales & Marketing Council, the Awards of Excellence honor the top achievers in the new home building and remodeling industry.
 
This prestigious awards program recognizes builders, developers, remodelers, and associate members for their outstanding achievements in the fields of new home construction, remodeling, commercial building, interior design, architectural design and sales and marketing.
 
Our NEW Awards portal is divided into 3 separate areas, just click on the appropriate icon to use the correct links once you have created your user account:
 
Important:
First, you will need to create an account on the new platform to sign in to register.
Note: This will be a separate log in from the BLSJ website.
 
Second: Go to https://blsj.cpjam.com/ ,you will see a sign in button on the top right corner, this is where you will need to create an account with CPJ (the online portal for the competition) –
again, this will be a separate log in from BLSJ.
 
NOTE: If you already have an account from last year, you do not need to create a new one. You can skip this step and go directly to the appropriate landing page below and sign in with the credentials you used last year. If you don’t remember your password, you can use the “forgot password” feature.
 
Then simply go to the landing page https://blsj.cpjam.com/  and pick either Associates, Builders or Remodelers and then click the green Register button to purchase your entries.
