| 2025 Officers and Board of Directors Sworn In Sam Paparone, Paparone New Homes by Bruce Paparone was sworn in by his father Bruce Paparone as the 81st president of the Builders League of South Jersey on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Tavistock Country Club. The 2025 Officers and Board of Directors were given the oath of office by BLSJ Legal Counsel Rick Hoff, Bisgaier Hoff. A number of BLSJ past presidents were on hand for the festivities including Tom Paparone 1974, Winfield Ziegenfuss 1991 & 2010, Bruce Paparone 1994, Barbara Chiusano 1999 & 2007, Peter Genzano 2014, Michael Paparone 2009, John Chiusano 2018, Hans Lampart 2019, Chuck Insalaco 2020 2021, Sam Williams 2022, Nate Russo II 2023.
