Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the accounting department in cash management, billing, and receivables.
2. Maintain and update corporate records, licenses, and registrations to ensure compliance.
3. Organize and file corporate documents, such as contracts, agreements, and compliance records for easy accessibility.
4. Assist team members with various projects and administrative tasks.
5. Answer inbound calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
6. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the leadership team.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and operating systems
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting

• Salary: $50,000+ (Actual salary will depend on experience)
