EARLY BIRD PRICING ONLY: $695.00 per booth prior to August 30th (must be paid in full)!
Cost per booth: After August 31st - $795.00. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

ATTENDEES:
□ Dinner tickets only: * $75. pp– Includes entry fee, dinner, open bar (this is for anyone not exhibiting at the expo)
2) 2 Free dinner tickets for you and a guest. *Additional dinner tickets available at $75.00 per person.
3) 8” X 10” sign with your firm’s name. We will use the firm name that you list on the reservation sheet. Reservations and firm name due by 9/06/24
2) All exhibitors must be ready by 5:00 p.m.
3) ELECTRICITY: Available at $25.00 per booth. If you need electricity, you must select that option when you reserve the exhibit booth. A limited number of exhibit booths have access to electricity. Booths in the center of the room have NO access to electricity.
***Please supply your own extension cord.
4) Hanging items on walls is not permitted. Table top items must be able to fit on 6 foot table.
5) To exhibit at the $695 rate, we must receive full payment by August 30, 2024.
After September 29, 2023 the rate will be $795. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6) No refunds for space after August 30, 2024.

RULES:
1) SET UP TIME: Between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.2) All exhibitors must be ready by 5:00 p.m.

- At the close of the exhibit you must remove your materials - between 8:00 p.m. and midnight.
- All determinations will be made by the committee to avoid conflict with a competitor.
- Space is limited, first come first served.
