The Associates Committee Presents: "Monte Carlo Night" Wednesday, October 19th, 2005 Regency Palace, Fellowship Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. This is your opportunity to inform...demonstrate...show your new products, plus other products and services to the leading builders in our area! SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENING 3:00pm to 5:45pm - Set up exhibits 6:00pm to 9:00pm - Display exhibits Buffet Dinner & Casino Night Advance reservations for Associate's booths -- $375.00 per booth prior to July 31st (must be paid in full)! Cost per table: After July 31st - $475.00. (NO EXCEPTIONS) FIRST COME ~ FIRST SERVE ~ ONLY 45 BOOTHS AVAILABLE! BOOTH INCLUDES: 1) 2 Free dinner tickets for you and a guest. Additional dinner tickets available at $40.00 per person. 2) 8" X 10" sign with your firm's name. We will use the firm name that you list on the reservation sheet. Reservations and firm name due by10/14/05. 3) Each "booth" will receive a 6-foot table, tablecloth, and two chairs. This is a table top display function only. (Hanging items on wall is not permitted. Table top items must be able to fit on 6' X 18" table.) RULES: 1) SET UP TIME: Between 3:00 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. 2) All exhibitors must be ready by 6:00 p.m. 3) ELECTRICITY: Available at $35.00 per booth. If you need electricity, you must notify the League in advance. A limited number of tables have access to electricity. 4) Hanging items on walls is not permitted. Table top items must be able to fit on 6 foot table. 5) To exhibit at the $375 rate, we must receive full payment by July 31, 2005. After July 31 the rate will be $475. 6) No refunds for space after October 14, 2005. 7) At the close of the exhibit you must remove your materials - between 10 p.m and midnight. TABLE LOCATION: 1) All determinations will be made by the committee to avoid conflict with a competitor. 2) Space is limited, first come first serve. DOOR PRIZES: Vendors must supply a door prize.
