BIO:
More than 30 years of hands on experience in real estate, homebuilding, remodeling, and finance.

As a licensed real estate broker, home builder and developer, in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Chuck has been involved in 1000’s of real estate transactions.  He has represented buyers, sellers and home builders in an assortment of markets from Maryland to New York.

Chuck has  held senior level positions with two of America’s top 10 homebuilders where he honed his skills in home design and staging, marketing, sales, and land acquisition and development.  He is the recipient of numerous awards in sales, home design and home merchandising.  He is also an accomplished sales trainer, specializing in new home sales.

Chuck has also been involved in the development of both residential communities and commercial real estate projects, including office and shopping centers.
