Founded in the late 1930s by brothers Jack and Mike Chiusano

, Chiusano Homes grew from a humble family start-up into a prominent South Jersey builder. After honing their craft across the East Coast and addressing the post-WWII housing shortage, Jack established the company’s local roots in the 1950s, eventually building thousands of homes ranging from starter houses to luxury custom builds. 

Today, the family tradition continues under the leadership of Jim, Barbara, and John Chiusano. By blending decades of proven experience with modern technology and innovative design, the team remains committed to creating high-quality communities where families can thrive.
