Shawn Overturf is Director of Purchasing at Lennar, where he leads vendor negotiations, purchasing and estimating operations, and cost strategy for the division. Over 20 years in homebuilding, he has held purchasing leadership roles at Rockwell Custom Homes and Traditions of America and design/estimating roles at Toll Brothers and NVR, giving him an unusual command of both product design and hard-cost control.
He holds a B.A. in Architecture from Lehigh University.
