Mark Hodges, Blueprint Strategic Consulting
Mark Hodges is the former Sr. VP of Corporate Operations for one of the nation's largest publicly traded homebuilding companies. With over 35 years of industry experience, his areas of responsibility included facilitating the company's long term strategic planning process, standardizing operational best practices across the enterprise, including quality assurance, construction processes, purchasing and community set-up, trade partner relationship management, homeowner service, marketing and sales management and customer relationship management. He led numerous major projects for the company, including establishing a TQM-based process improvement initiative, Even Flow Production and co-led the implementation of an enterprise-wide integrated software system.
