its implications for the building industry in New Jersey. He will

influence housing demand and building costs in New Jersey

Patrick O’Keefe is Director of Economic Research at CohnReznick and serves as a strategic advisor to the firm’s Chief Executive Officers and management committee.
Mr. O’Keefe was the CEO the New Jersey Builders Association from 1985 until he retired at the end of 2007. As one of New Jersey’s leading experts on development, redevelopment and government policies affecting them, he advises clients in both the public and private sectors.
