2. Discussion and vote on committee mission statement:
Sample Mission Statement “This committee discusses best building practices and resources available to achieve the highest energy efficiency with the least amount of environmental impact while focusing on production costs and ROI. Openly evaluate building certifications programs such as NAHB’s Green Building Standards, LEED, and Energy Star. As well as planning educational opportunities through workshops and seminars focusing on ‘Green’ building topics.”
