ATTENTION REMODELERS!
Painters, Electricians, HVAC technicians and others working in homes and buildings
built before 1978 need to be certified by April 22

EPA Lead Certification One Day Course

After April 22, 2010 Only EPA Certified LEAD SAFE renovators will be allowed

To work on houses built before 1978 that may contain lead paint.

RENOVATOR TRAINING MUST BE COMPLETED BY DECEMBER 31, 2010 
OR YOU MAY HAVE SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF FINES AND PENALTIES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE

Violations of this new rule can result in fines of up to $32,000.00 per day.
