Builders League Scholarship Foundation awards $6,000 in 2023

BLSJ Scholarship Foundation President Robert Washburn announced scholarship awards totaling $6,000 were presented to three students from southern New Jersey who will be matriculating in an accredited, post-secondary school and pursuing a course of study related to real estate and the construction industry. 

This year's recipients include Katherine Kaderabek of Mickleton, who is in a dual Masters Degree program in both Architecture and Net Zero Design at The Catholic University of America; Ava Felice of Vineland, who plans to major in International Business with a focus on real estate and construction management at Villanova University and Joseph Staines of Brigantine, who plans to study business at Montclair University. Mr. Staines is the recipient of a scholarship award provided by the New Jersey Builders Association.

Since 1995, the Foundation has awarded more than $208,000 to area students planning for careers within the homebuilding and remodeling industry.

Information on the 2024-25 scholarships will be posted here in late January 2024.
