New Construction Account Manager
Position SummaryWork directly for South Jersey Gas with a focus on connecting new customers and promoting the installation of high efficiency natural gas heating equipment and appliances to the New Construction market.
Responsible for initiating, building, and managing relationships with the builders and developers and associated trade and industry groups that serve the southern New Jersey region. As New Construction Relationship Manager, this individual will be responsible for forming and maintaining connections with business clients to drive sales in both the residential and commercial new construction market by connecting new customers accounts.
Their duties include meeting with developers in-person to discuss new products or services, tracking and forecasting new business, resolving client issues with SJG’s new service installation process before, during and after installation. They will preserve relationships and communicate with the new construction team and with other departments within SJG to continually improve the client experiences. This individual will be responsible for achieving their own monthly and annual sales goals respective to their assigned territory/segment for new construction customer acquisitions.
