Andrew holds a degree in Economics from Washington College\, a Masters in Finance and an MBA from Drexel University. His prior experience before focusing on sustainability was in Risk Management for one of the largest P&C insurance companies. His background provides a unique prospective on the real estate market with a focus on credit markets\, supply and demand\, and government displacement of real estate markets. His focus is on the practical while providing academic support for those practical decisions.\n\n\n\nAndrew Kennedy is also the co-founder and partner of The Phoebus Fund\, LLC\, a company whose focus is creating mutually beneficial systems for farmers and renewable energy. Andrew is an experienced developer of solar energy assets in the Northeast United States\, with 10-years' experience in the renewable energy development industry\, including the development of at the time the largest rooftop solar system in New Jersey. His unique personal background provided the basis for the Agrivoltaic system. Growing up in an agricultural community\, Andrew saw firsthand the challenges of the U.S. agriculture industry\, and through Agrivoltaics has found a way to use his renewable expertise to give back and help the agricultural communities of the United States. His patent pending Agrivoltaic system allows for the dual use of land and supports production of renewable energy while retaining and protecting agricultural lands. In addition\, the system allows for increased productivity of the farmer by providing irrigation and agricultural material dispersal. Using his expertise in Sustainability and Economics\, Andrew developed the company to solve key climate issues while helping financially struggling farmers. \n\nEVENT SPONSOR
