This program will also focus on current legislative initiatives at the national and state level.  10:15   10:30 am Networking Break\n \n 10:30   11:45 am Running Effective Meetings: Participants will explore how to employ the best methods and tactics to efficiently manage meetings.  This program will go over real world scenarios from how to deal with difficult behaviors to preparing a meeting agenda and ways to add more excitement to your regular meetings. 11:45 am   12:30 pm Lunch\n \n 12:30   1:45 pm Roles and Responsibilities of Board and Staff: This seminar will outline the expectations of volunteer leaders and paid staff in order to develop and maintain an effective\, disciplined\, and streamlined leadership and communication structure. This program will also provide an overview of how to effectively deliver important messages to gatherings large and small.  1:45   2:00 pm Networking Break\n \n 2:00   3:15 pm Lessons in Leadership: This program examines the diverse leadership styles of famous political\, military\, and social leaders and how they used their strengths to take command of trying situations.
