Approximately 300 municipalities currently under COAH's jurisdiction must submit revised third round plans to COAH by December 31\, 2008 to retain protection from builder's remedy lawsuits. \n   He will also speak on the comprehensive affordable housing reform bill that was signed into law by Governor Corzine on July 17\, 2008\, which included amendments to the Fair Housing Act.  Major components of the law include the following: Establishment of a statewide 2.5% non-residential development fee\, Establishment of a new $20M fund for Workforce Housing\, Elimination of Regional Contribution Agreements\, Provision for planning for affordable housing opportunities based on infrastructure and transportation within 5 regions regulated by planning entities and the Establishment of a State Housing Commission.\n  Come out to first meeting of the fall\, network with your fellow members and learn about issues that affect your industry.
